Obedience Training
Sit, Stay, Home uses the Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive framework, or LIMA, for training and behavior modification. This approach focuses on positive reinforcement where the dog is rewarded for exhibiting the behavior that's been asked of them. We are committed to a Fear Free approach to dog training and behavior modification. Consistent with the LIMA strategy and Fear Free approach, we do not use or recommend prong collars, choke chains, shock collars, citronella spray collars, invisible fence collars, or any other tools or methods that produce fear in the dog. You can rest assured, that your dog will never be purposely harmed by a Sit, Stay, Home trainer in order to achieve a result. We look forward to helping you help your dog!

Pet Parent Coaching
We approach coaching as a partnership in which we work to support you and your family in creating a relationship with your dog that is fulfilling for you and for them. As with our Obedience Training, we use the philosophies of the Least Intrusive Minimally Aversive framework, or LIMA, and a Fear Free approach in our coaching services. Our advice to you is based on years of experience and genuine care for you and your dog. We look forward to creating positive outcomes together!
